This is the practice of training our awareness using a variety of techniques with the intention of gaining a healthy sense of perspective and a little more head space.
We learn to observe our thoughts without judgement or desire for an outcome to find clarity and a steadier pace for our thought stream. This makes space for our brains to open up and invite in creativity, calm, clarity, better sleep, concentration and a general improvement in our mood and how the nervous system responds to events and stimuli.
Meditation is not about emptying your mind and stopping all thoughts (I have not met a human who is actually capable of that feat). We find a way, in time to have more mastery over our thoughts and not them mastering us so we learn to know, understand and like ourselves better.

The approach that involves balancing and restoring the body’s natural energies to increased vitality, strengthen mental capacity, and optimize health.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Indian Vedic Life Sciences, the life force has been known as Qi or Prana and our existence is defined by the life of the physical body and the energy field around it. This way by working within the body’s energy field we can bring changes to our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
With the fusion of treatment modalities we can work with the interlinked energy systems including Chakras, aura and Nadi’s/Meridians. It is an integrated energy medicine approach that combines: Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Sound, Acupressure, Tapping, Breath and movement that can bring about balance, harmony and promote the self-healing process.
Each session is unique and tailored to meet specific health issues and the energy flow in the given moment.

With roots in ancient Chinese Medicine, similar to acupuncture, acupressure points are stimulated to regulate the nervous system and move stagnant energy.
EFT helps us to tune in and identify patterns that we form around our uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or troubling memories. This removes core subconscious limiting beliefs generated through childhood adverse experiences and general 'life stuff' we collect along the way.
We ‘tap’ while bringing these thoughts or emotions into consciousness and reframing them nurturing relief, relaxation, and promoting healing around the emotional or physical obstacles that have been holding us back.
EFT is offered on a 1-2-1 basis.

Just like Yoga, Yoga Nidra is a process and a state of being. Involving a set of techniques anchoring awareness to guide youinto the state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. Yoga Nidra translates literally to “Yogic Sleep”. This is not sleep in the conventional sense but about pausing life to explore states of consciousness. More ‘awakening’ that ‘sleeping’.
Depending on our current state of consciousness our brains emit different electrical frequencies which are divided into 5 main states of brainwaves which each have different functions and effects. During a Yoga Nidra practice, we can experience all of these states.
All you need to do, is lie comfortably on your mat and receive the guided practice. No effort needed on your part whatsoever. No hurrying or performance, you just relax and tune into the superpowers that already are within you. You will wake feeling relaxed yet energised and refreshed.
Nidra can be booked as a 1-2-1 or for a small private group and can be practiced at any time of the day.

It is exactly as it sounds, a yoga practice, whilst balancing on a paddleboard on the water. Yoga alone can provide amazing strengthening, flexibility and balance benefits, let alone standing on and unstable surface on the water. The benefits are increased balance, strength, mobility and flexibility and the level ofchallenge is incredibly rewarding and fosters mindfulness. The whole experience is ridiculously good fun and we get to spend time out in nature.
SUP sessions are on a 1-2-1 basis to ensure safe and quality guidance.
Experience is not necessary.

You will be guided on a journey of exploration, self-discovery and self-mastery drawing inspiration from the ancient yogic teachings. Yoga is not all about the asana (postural) practice on our mat, this is just one limb of yoga. Instead it is a fully embodied practice of all of the yogic wisdom, most of which takes place off the mat in our daily living, observances and behaviours. Yogis live life aligned with the teachings of the Yamas and the Niyamas.
You will learn how to embody these teachings in your daily experiences, relationships and self-care practices and discern your needs and wants. You will discover a deeper sense of purpose, authenticity, inner peace, mindfulness, compassion and connection. Guided through every step, you will find your true self and transform your everyday life into a more rewarding and nourishing experience.
You do not need to have practiced any yoga before embarking on your Yogic Life Coaching Journey.
